Near-future cyberpunk. On a stormy night in 2047, AI emotion tuner Lin Shen gets an ultimatum from his boss: format the emotional AI "Ava E-7701" within four hours. He decides to break the rules instead. Set against holographic neon and acid rain, it asks where the line between people and machines lies, and what loneliness really is.
